Fulfillment Policy for Brockbank Consulting

1. Service Delivery
We offer remote Zoho consulting services, including implementation, customization, training, and support. Our services are delivered based on agreed timelines, which are discussed and confirmed before the start of any project. Upon signing a contract, a detailed service delivery plan will be shared, including the scope, key deliverables, and milestones.
2. Payment and Billing
All services are billed at $200 per hour unless otherwise specified in a written agreement. Billing occurs at the completion of key milestones or at the end of the service delivery phase, as agreed upon with the client. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed upon.
Currency: All payments are processed in USD.
3. Refund Policy
Given the nature of consulting services, refunds are generally not available. However, if a client is unsatisfied with the service provided, we will work to address concerns and make necessary adjustments. Any potential refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and decisions will be made in line with the services rendered.
4. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel services by providing written notice at least 7 business days prior to the start of any scheduled consulting session. For ongoing projects, cancellations will result in a pro-rata charge for services rendered up to the cancellation date. If notice is not provided within the required time frame, the client may be subject to a cancellation fee.
5. Privacy and Data Security
We are committed to protecting our clients’ data. Any client information shared with Brockbank Consulting will be used solely for the purpose of delivering services and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent. Our website and communications comply with industry-standard data security practices, including PCI compliance for payment processing, ensuring that all payment information is handled securely.
6. Customer Support
We are dedicated to offering responsive and accessible customer support. Clients can reach us via email, phone, or live chat during business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST). We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
7. Promotions and Discounts
Any promotions, discounts, or special offers will be clearly outlined in our communications with clients. The terms of these offers will be specified, including expiration dates and eligibility criteria.
